The thing I like most about working with Leah is her approach to work. She takes a methodical approach designed to involve me as a customer in every step from the design brief to the final signing off. I like how she encourages my input and how she is very approachable, up-front and honest in our dealings. If there is a problem, we talk about it and if there is an obstacle, we work together to find a way around it that works for my project, and if there happens to be an extra charge, I know about it before it is invoiced.
